Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy outlines the terms, procedures, and standards governing the delivery of advertising and marketing services (“Services”) provided by Climbing Solo Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“you” or “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Scope of Deliverables

The specific deliverables for your engagement will align with the Services you select, as confirmed in your Service Agreement or Order Form. Common deliverables include (but are not limited to):

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Campaign setup documents, keyword lists, weekly performance reports, and ad copy revisions.
  • Social Media Advertising: Custom ad creatives (images/videos), post captions, audience targeting breakdowns, and monthly engagement analytics.
  • Content Creation: Draft and final versions of ad copy, blog posts, social media content, or short-form videos (per agreed format/length).
  • SEO & Omnichannel Services: Site audit reports, on-page optimization checklists, campaign calendars, and cross-platform performance summaries.

All deliverables will be tailored to your brand guidelines (provided by you) and comply with third-party platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Timelines:
    • Single-service deliverables (e.g., ad copy, basic SEM setup): 3–5 business days from receipt of your brand assets/feedback.
    • Full-service campaigns (e.g., omnichannel marketing, SEO audits): 2–3 weeks from project kickoff (with milestone check-ins at 50% completion).
    • Retainer Services (e.g., monthly social media management): Deliverables (content, reports) will be provided by the 5th business day of each month.
  • Timeline Adjustments: If you request changes to agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., revised brand guidelines, new target audiences) after project initiation, we will provide a revised timeline in writing (via email), and the original deadline will be extended accordingly.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) third-party platform outages, natural disasters, or government regulations. In such cases, we will notify you within 2 business days and adjust the timeline to reflect the disruption.

3. Delivery Methods & Confirmation

  • Digital Deliverables: Most deliverables (reports, creatives, documents) will be sent to your registered email address or uploaded to our secure client portal (access credentials provided upon project kickoff). You will receive a confirmation email once deliverables are available.
  • Physical Deliverables: If applicable (e.g., printed marketing materials, branded assets), deliverables will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to your provided address, with tracking information sent to you via email. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon USPS confirmation of delivery.
  • Acceptance Confirmation: You must confirm receipt and acceptance of deliverables within 3 business days of delivery. If no feedback is received within this period, the deliverable will be deemed “accepted” per the agreed quality standards.

4. Quality Standards & Revisions

  • Quality Guarantees: All deliverables will meet the following standards:
    1. Align with the specifications outlined in your Service Agreement/Order Form.
    2. Comply with relevant advertising laws (e.g., FTC guidelines) and platform policies.
    3. Be free of errors (typos, broken links, formatting issues) and reflect professional design/writing standards.
    4. Adhere to your brand guidelines (colors, logos, tone) provided before project initiation.
  • Revision Process: We offer 2 complimentary revisions per deliverable (excluding retainer Services, which include 1 monthly revision). To request a revision:
    1. Submit written feedback (via email or client portal) within 3 business days of initial delivery.
    2. Clearly outline specific changes needed (e.g., “adjust ad copy to emphasize eco-friendly materials,” “reformat report to include weekly sales data”).
    3. Revised deliverables will be provided within 2 business days of feedback receipt.
  • Additional Revisions: Requests for more than 2 revisions per deliverable will be charged at a rate of $150/hour (estimated time for revisions will be shared with you in advance for approval).

5. Delay Resolution

  • Our Delay: If we fail to deliver a deliverable by the agreed timeline (excluding user-caused delays or force majeure), we will:
    1. Provide a 10% discount on the fee for that specific deliverable.
    2. Prioritize the deliverable to ensure completion within 48 hours of the missed deadline.
  • Your Delay: If delays occur due to your actions (e.g., late feedback, incomplete brand assets, missed approval deadlines), the delivery timeline will be extended by the number of days your response is delayed. We may pause work on the project until required information is received, with no reduction in fees for the delayed period.

6. Post-Delivery Support

  • Bug Fixes & Corrections: For technical deliverables (e.g., SEM campaign setups, tracking tools), we will resolve functional errors (e.g., broken ad links, incorrect targeting) within 2 business days of notification, at no additional cost.
  • Minor Adjustments: Small-scale changes to accepted deliverables (e.g., updating a date, correcting a typo) requested within 5 business days of acceptance will be completed complimentary.
  • Ongoing Support: For retainer clients, post-delivery support (e.g., campaign performance tweaks, ad budget adjustments) is included in the monthly fee. Non-retainer clients may purchase additional support at $180/hour.
